Communication Is Key to Victory

From one of my favorite television shows, "The first thing I learned at the Academy was that a lack of information can kill you." (Babylon 5: "Matters of Honor", Season 3, Episode 1)

Communication is vital for results for a particular goal. In Research & Development (R&D), the projects that was worked on would last years. The only way to keep the projects moving forward was to develope a communication system to allow everyone to be informed as to what is going on with the project.

The scambaiter community's goal is to prevent innocent people being harmed by the scammers. In order to accomplish this goal, the scambaiter community has to communicate with the innocent people. The scambaiter community is doing YouTube videos, Twitch videos, Discord, Twitter, etc for the innocent people. There's one problem in this area. It's the audience reach. The message of the scambaiter community needs to reach the vulnerable. Also, the scambaiter community needs grow stronger. To accomplish this, the scambaiter community must communicate with each other. Two things need to be communicated. First is the scammer data and the other is the scambaiter news. The scammer data is time sensitive so the faster the method the better. The scambaiter news is to give understanding and support to other scambaiters in the scambaiter community. By doing these things, the scambaiter community will become a force that scammers can't withstand.

Group of Leaders

It's really hard to control or conquer a group that consists of leaders, than a group with few leaders and lots of followers or a group with all followers.

In high school, the teachers didn't like the class that I was in. Most high school teachers are authoritarian by nature. In the situation of my high school class, there was no way for the teachers to control the class. We didn't exactly have a leader. Everyone seemed to lead on various things, and also followed on other various things. We were so dangerous that we got the rule book changed several times due to unfairness standards. For an example, a teacher would give detention for not having the top button button on the button down uniform shirt. There was no requirement in rules for this. So, our class made some clarity in the rules and added a polo shirt as well. Number of unneeded detentions went down considerably.
